Contractor Inclusion Submission Terms
Terms governing contractor inclusion requests submitted to DCI Verify, whether by form or by contacting us.
Version 1.0 · Effective May 21, 2026
By submitting the Request Inclusion form and checking the acceptance checkbox above the submit button, the contractor representative (the “Submitter”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. Submission Requests Evaluation, Not Inclusion
Submission of the Request Inclusion form requests evaluation for inclusion in the contractor registry maintained by YV Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered to do business in California, doing business as DCI Verify (the “Company”). Submission does not guarantee inclusion. All contractors are subject to the Company's standard verification process and editorial review.
2. Sole Right to Determine Inclusion or Exclusion
The Company reserves the sole right to determine inclusion or exclusion from its registry, without obligation to disclose its criteria, reasoning, or the results of any verification activity. The criteria the Company applies, including the relative weighting of license status, OEM partner status, OSHA safety record, business entity standing, capability fit, and editorial judgment, are proprietary to the Company.
3. Contact Information Used for Verification Only
The contact information provided through the form (contact name, phone number, and email address) will be used solely to conduct an introductory verification conversation with the contractor. That contact information will not be published in any DCI Verify dossier, report, or other product, consistent with the Company's business-entity-data-only methodology described in its Terms of Service.
4. Release From Claims Arising From Exclusion
Submitter, on behalf of itself and the contractor business it represents, releases the Company and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and demands arising from or relating to the contractor business's exclusion from the registry, including but not limited to claims for tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, trade libel, defamation, unfair business practices, or any other theory of recovery related to the editorial decision to include or exclude any business from the registry. This release is limited to exclusion-related claims and does not waive claims for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other claims that may not be waived under applicable law (including California Civil Code § 1668).
5. Submitted Information Is Not Confidential
Information submitted through the Request Inclusion form, including the contractor's company name, website, and general business information, is not confidential. The Company may use such information in its evaluation process and may retain submission records in its internal systems for the retention periods set forth in the Privacy Policy.
6. No Agency, Partnership, or Employment Relationship
Submission of the Request Inclusion form does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or similar relationship between Submitter and the Company. The Company is not an agent, broker, or representative of any contractor included in or excluded from the registry, and no inclusion decision shall be construed as an endorsement, certification, or recommendation of any contractor by the Company.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Submission Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Submission Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator in Contra Costa County, California, on the terms set forth in Sections 12.2 through 12.4 of the Tier 1 Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
8. Updates to Submission Terms
The Company may update these Submission Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Company's website at dciverify.com/contractor-submission-terms with a revised effective date. The version in effect at the time a Submitter submitted the form governs that submission.
