Custom SOW is per-engagement procurement work — document collection, targeted research, anything else outside our standard dossiers. Both start with a $999 retainer.

You'll hear back from our team within 48 hours. A full scope, timeline, and fee proposal follow once your request is fully reviewed. The $999 retainer formalizes the engagement when you approve the scope. Project fees beyond the retainer are invoiced against the scope as work is delivered.

Delivery takes whatever form fits the scope. That might be a live dashboard, a recurring briefing, a structured report, or something custom we build to match your workflow. White-glove throughout — we iterate until the output works the way your procurement team needs it to.
